![]() 1. Connect your iPod so it goes into Disc Mode. 2. Download the Podzilla Installer. 3. Run it and follow the wizard's instructions. 4. Right-click on the PC Card with Green Arrow in your System Tray and Safely Remove Hardware. 5. Select the USB device your iPod is on and hit Properties. 6. Select your iPod and click the button to Stop it. 7. Unplug your iPod and let it boot into Linux. 8. Download the RockBox Installer. 9. Plug in your iPod and scroll to Yes using the mouse wheel, then push Select to confirm you want to reboot into Disc Mode. 10. Run the RockBox Installer and follow the wizard. 11. Repeat steps 4 through 7 and let your iPod reboot. 12. Plug in your iPod. 13. Download iPod Application Manager and run iPod Application Manger.bat. 14. Follow the wizard and select Loader Manager. 15. Select whether you want to use the Latest Beta or the Stable Version (it's up to you, I chose the Beta). 16. Wait for the installer to complete. 17. Eject your iPod again and let it reboot. Congratulations, your iPod is now setup to quadrupel boot Linux, RockBox, AppleOS and Disc Mode. Copyright: N/A Submit to Slashdot
